Bon-Ton (NASDAQ: BONT) said Tuesdah its board of directors unanimously asked Bergrebn to continue as president and CEOthrough Feb. 5, 2010. His contracr with the department store chain stipulatez he would continue to serve as president and chief executivde officerthrough Jan. 31, 2009, and would serve in "an important role to be by the boardfrom Feb. 1, through Feb. 5, 2010.
