Stafford challengefd this and as part of her efforts to avoixd payingthe overpayment, Stafford createcd new treatment records for those 39 patients in back-dating them to using fraudulent treatment information and claiming that she had providecd these patients with podiatric surgical procedure, prosecutor s said.
